Our co-design
process

When it comes to designing houses that perform for our residents, collaboration is key. Browse our six step process to discover how we co-design with our clients to bring their new homes to life.

Six simple steps

In our first meeting, we’ll get to know one another, and understand your needs and goals.

We’ll work with you and your care team to develop a detailed design brief for your ideal new home.

Some of our clients are sole residents and live alone supported by caregivers.

If you’re approved to live in a shared household, our resident matching staff will work closely with you, and your care team, to help find you the most suitable housemate.

Collaborating with you and your care team, we’ll develop a design concept for your new home.

The concept will be shaped around your needs, tastes and important care requirements.

We’ll finalise the design, and present plans and finishes, so you can understand how your new home will look and feel.

Our team will identify suitable sites to build your new home, based on your location preferences.

From these sites, you’ll get to select the location that best meets your requirements.

We’ll oversee construction and help bring your new home to life.

We’ll ensure that the property is compliant with regulatory standards, and ready for you to move into.

Working with your care team, we’ll help you to move and settle into your new home.

Our Living team will touch base within the first few weeks as part of our ongoing resident experience support program.
